Collecting and analysing flight data from multiple simulators
We have setup a full stack architecture that allows to collect Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) information from multiple simulators over multiple sessions (with data/time logging). The data is streamed into a flight logger & analysis computer following a standard API format. The data is archived in a scalable data store. Through a web based application the store can be interactively searched and flight analysis can be performed using pre-developed template reports.

Template reports
Multiple template reports are available for different types of analysis.
The PDF below is an example of a flight analysis including an ILS approach. The graphs in the left column give the vertical profile of the flight and the graphs in the right column provide the lateral profile parameters.
This PDF is obviously a static snapshot. Using the interactive web based analysis application you can zoom in/out on any time segment of the data, up to the individual recording interval points.
Feel free to download the analysis report and contact us if you would like to have FlightAhead setup a similar analysis framework for your flight simulators or training facility.
